The "LMA" Syndrome
Have you heard about the "LMA" syndrome? I too haven't until recently. Whom did I hear this from? Unbelievably, it was my 5 year old daughter who showed me hands-on how the "LMA" syndrome feels like. Fortunately my wife has escaped this but is certainly upset that I had to go through it. This is one thing every parent dreads, may be at least me. In my opinion, the last thing a parent would ever want to experience was the "LMA" syndrome. This one shot my Blood Pressure up beyond Level 2 Hypertension. I believe it could possibly cause giddiness and a possible black out, loss of appetite and sleep among lot of other health and mental problems. For a Father (certainly mother too, but I have to stick to my blog title) from India (certainly a lot of other countries too, due to space constraint I am using my mother country for example) where it is just normal to be so emotionally attached to the sons/daughters during their childhood, adolescent and adulthood,...
